Fix for “no images found on the selected media” error and restoring lost pictures
Lifetime moments can easily be captured with the help of digital camera, which is simply the easiest as well as nice way of doing so. Different event captured pictures have their own distinct memories associated with it. Also, for storing those pictures the cameras are provided with flash storage card. It is quite known that flash memory cards are high capacity reliable storage medium and in case of any sort of problem arising in it, it becomes impossible to access photos from there and a very common problem associated with camera i.e. loss of photos & videos. So, as to retrieve pictures card recovery is to be done.
Although there is endless reasons contributing to the problem of photo loss, most common being those like when accessing or transferring photos from card to system, in the meantime it is also likely to come across error messages, which ultimately pose hindrances in proper working and viewing images. One such case being that of digital camera displaying – “no images found on the selected media”.

The problem is quite complex particularly if it is the case with professionals and at any cost one wants to get the photos back. Such that it is necessary to get back photos lost and thereon restore lost photos.
No images found on the selected media may appear because card data structures are corrupted, which the card uses to maintain index of stored files. In absence or corruption of those card file system cannot locate the file and thus they cannot be accessed and thus the message corresponding to it is shown.
Accidental formatting of memory card or deletion of photos in cases is responsible for display of this and other not found errors. Since after deletion file start list of index is deleted and thus the problem takes place.
To fix no images found error and restore missing and inaccessible photo, it becomes necessary to format the card, to get it back in usable condition and thereafter retrieve photo from flash card. All the different types of images are supported, such that sr2, nef, crw, orf, mrw and gif recovery is made possible easily.
