- Connect the AC adapter or the USB cable
- Switch the camera on while holding the shutter button.
- Take a look at the lens of the camera. If the lens circles are not concentric or not aligned properly then twist it a little bit while you hold the camera lens down.
- Push or pull the lens a little bit as it extends.
- Place the camera lens on a hard surface and power it up. Use a soft cloth or tissue and then hit the camera near the lens with the tissue on your palm of your hand.
